A: We add new merchandise to our store on a weekly basis. If you see something that you like, be sure to add it to your cart and checkout because some of our items are only available for a limited time in limited quantities!

Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?
A: We will process your order within 24 hours of receiving your order, during which you can contact us to change or cancel your order. Once this time is exceeded, you need to pay 25% of the fee. If your order has been shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order.

 

Q: How do I use the discount code?
A: Please remember your discount code, fill it when you at checkout, the discount will be displayed before payment.

Q: What to do if the item you ordered is somehow damaged?

We offer exchange or refund within 7 days.

 

Q: What if the logistics shows "Delivered" but I did not receive the package?
A: First, you can ask your family member whether they have signed for the package. If not, please send us an email containing your order number and we will solve the problem for you.
